The house is located at the Veerseweg, the street that connects Middelburg to the small historical town Veere.
The house is surrounded by fruit trees and has no close neighbours. With or without the support of the piano music can be played as much as wanted.
At the ground floor is a nice livingroom which provides room for 6 people. There is a open kitchen, which has all features for preparing whatever you like.
Through a small corridor next to the kitchen you enter the garden.
There are 3 rather small bedrooms: 2 on the first floor, which have 2 beds for one person each; in the annex on the ground floor is an additional bedroom with a bed for 2 people (1.40 x 2.00). This room has (also form the bed) a direct view on the garden and terrace.
Satellite-TV guarantees many channels, in all languages. WiFi, and PC with internet and Skype are inclusive.
For playing there are: a tabletennistable with bats, a dartboard, and some boardgames available.
Though a lot has been improved in the latest month a few things are not completely finished yet.
The entrance on the ground floor needs new floortiles and to be repainted. The ceiling in the livingroom needs an extra finishing layer.
Until the house is finished on those points we rend it with 15% discount on the mentioned prices.
